Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd (YPEL) is pleased to announce the arrival of our latest machine investment — the Miyano BNJ51SY7 CNC Fixed Head Turning Centre equipped with LNS Bar loader.
This new machine replaces our older Miyano BNJ42SY, further strengthening our CNC turning capacity and supporting our commitment to continuous improvement and investment in advanced manufacturing technology.
The Miyano BNJ51SY7 brings increased capability, improved rigidity, and enhanced efficiency, allowing us to machine complex precision components with greater productivity and consistency. With twin spindles and multi-axis machining capability, the machine is ideally suited to producing high-precision turned parts in medium to high-volume batches.
This investment enables YPEL to continue meeting growing customer demand across a wide range of industries including subsea, medical, hydraulic, oil & gas, food processing, and general engineering.
By upgrading to newer, more advanced equipment, we are continuing to improve lead times, maximise production efficiency, and deliver the high-quality precision-engineered components our customers expect.
