High-Accuracy Turning Operations

We operate a comprehensive CNC turning department equipped with 9 CNC fixed-head lathes and 12 Star sliding-head machines, giving us the capability to machine components from 0.5 mm diameter up to 300 mm billet work.

Our modern turning centres are built to deliver consistent accuracy across all batch sizes, with particular strength in medium to high-volume production. The combination of fixed-head and sliding-head technology allows us to machine complex features and tight tolerances efficiently while maintaining strong process control throughout. Stable tooling, optimised cutting strategies, and disciplined quality procedures ensure dependable accuracy and excellent surface finishes on every job.
