One-off Bridgeport V1000H

Heidenhain TNC620 control -robust 45mm ball screws on all axes and 35mm linear guides are standard on the X-axis with 45 size guides on the Y and Z-axes. Axis travels are: X – 1020mm; Y – 610mm and Z – 610mm.

30-tool swing-arm automatic tool changer. Fitted with a 4th Axis.

One-off Hardinge VMC 600 Mk 2

Fanuc control – 610 x 510 x 510 mm traverse, spindle speed of 8000 Rpm
20-tool automatic tool changer.

We also have a multi axis turning centre with full 9 axis capability.
