Job Description:
- Setting and Operating CNC Star Sliding Head Lathes
- Working to tight tolerances
- Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 10000+ off
- Setting and operating using Fanuc Controls
- Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials

Quality Inspector

We operate Fixed/Sliding Head Lathes, VMCs & Assembly
Job Description:
- Inspecting 1st and last off components
- 100% Dimensional and visual inspection of components manufactured on-site (batch patrol inspection)
- Working to fine tolerances
- CMM experience preferable
- ISIR Reports
- Patrolling the Despatch area to ensure parts are packed correctly
- Putting procedures in place e.g. check frequency’s / ordering plug gauges / looking at thumb nail gauges / SPC analysis on the CMM
