MAZAK QUICKTURN X250MS TWIN SPINDLE TURNING CENTRE
Fitted with a HYDRAFEED MX1B Automatic bar feeder.
This twin spindle turning centre has been added to meet the demand for larger components.
The fixed head lathe with live tooling is capable of producing parts up to 200mm diameter and can bar feed up to 75mm diameter parts.
1 – BNJ42-SY MIYANO TWIN SPINDLE TURNING CENTRE
Fitted with an IEMCA BOSS 545-E Automatic bar feeder.
This turning center features a unique back-working turret and paired sub-spindle that significantly speeds up the cutting process on the right side of the main cutting operation.
The availability of greater variation in simultaneous front and back machining speed up the cycle time compared to conventional machines.
1 – SR32 STAR SLIDING HEAD LATHE
Fitted with FMB automatic bar feeder.
The largest of the SR series with capacity up to 32mm, this machine has 4 cross working driven tools and C-axis for milling operations, also simultaneous sub spindle machining while the main spindle operations are being performed thus enabling faster cycle times and lower costs
1 – SV32J STAR SLIDING HEAD LATHE
Fitted with FMB automatic bar feeder.
Powerful and rigid the SV-32J is ideal to machine large diameter parts or shafts up to 32mm.
High-speed and complex machining capability, also features main spindle C-axis control function , sub-spindle indexing with cross and front power-driven tools.
2 – SR20 STAR SLIDING HEAD LATHE
Both fitted with FMB mini turbo bar feeder maximum bar length 3.7m.
Capacity up to 22.22mm, Equipped with sub spindle, and 3 cross power driven attachments, complex components can be machined in one setup without additional handling.
2 – SA16 STAR SLIDING HEAD LATHE
Both fitted with FMB minimag bar feeder.
Our SA16′s have a capacity of 16mm dia; they are versatile, accurate and quick machines.
Equipped with sub spindle, 4 front and back working tools and 3 cross power driven attachments.
